Bringing emotional intelligence training
To the community at large
How can we be more self-aware, more intentional in our actions & interactions with others? How can we lead better, more fulfilling lives through an emphasis on our social-emotional health?
Established in 2019, Bettr Lives was conceived as the solution to the mental and emotional well-being of people.
Bettr Lives seeks to pursue answers by focusing on the capacity development of individuals. Extending our impact to help schools, corporations and communities build their emotional intelligence through a menu of curated programmes that continue to empower people to realise their potential, so as to create and live a more purposeful and sustainable life.
Bettr Lives is a preferred partner of Six Seconds, the first and largest organisation that is 100% dedicated to the development of emotional intelligence over the past 20 years. Six Seconds is a community of change makers contributing to a world of insight, connection, and purpose. A key tenet of our programmes is in using the Six Seconds approach to help our ecosystem of Care Professionals (Non-profits, Educators, Social Entrepreneurs & Healthcare Workers) and our marginalised communities, with particular attention to at-risk youths and marginalised women to change their lives for the better.
Our Mission:
We are committed to the creation and provision of services that empower individuals, organisations and communities with the skills to build their mental and emotional health capabilities. This in turn will allow them to realise their potential and live more purposeful lives.
Our Vision:
To create opportunities for positive impact in everything we do - from our people and products to our partners and the planet - empowering those we touch along the way to think, feel, do, live and be Bettr.
Our Impact:
Bettr Lives heartware and mission are based on effecting social change, empowering marginalised groups, reducing inequalities, and integrating emotional health into all lives. This aligns us with five of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
